Meet the eCYBERMISSION Team
eCYBERMISSION is staffed by people with varying backgrounds and specialties, but who are united by a passion for supporting students in their STEM journeys. Get to know the eCYBERMISSION team, and be sure to say hello if you ever see us at conferences, events, or maybe even your local coffee shop!
Winnie Boyle
NSTA Director of Army Educational Outreach Programs (AEOP)Winnie S. Boyle is the Director of AEOP. She has been with AEOP since 2019 and has served as the Assistant Director of AEOP and the eCYBERMISSION Volunteer Manager during her time. Winnie began her career working in public policy for associations and has enjoyed the transition to AEOP. She is a military spouse who spent four years living overseas in Spain. She currently lives in Texas with her husband, son, and two dogs.
Kathryn Lasky
NSTA Assistant Director of Army Educational Outreach Programs (AEOP)
Kathryn Lasky is the NSTA Assistant Director of AEOP and is the program manager for eCYBERMISSION. Prior to that, she also served as the eCYBERMISSION Operations Manager and the eCYBERMISSION Volunteer Outreach Specialist since joining the team in September of 2020. Kathryn has an extensive background in program and volunteer management, having volunteered and worked for the American Red Cross for nine years. Kathryn is a military spouse who spent nine years living overseas in Japan and Sicily after leaving Wyoming in 2008. Kathryn enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and two cats.

Kathryn Lasky is the NSTA Assistant Director of AEOP and is the program manager for eCYBERMISSION. Adam Evans
eCYBERMISSION Program Manager
Adam has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Leadership with concentrations in Adult Education and Technology as well as an MBA in Entrepreneurship. He was the Chief Strategy Officer of a Phoenix-based Tech company. Dr. Evans is a Master Resilience Trainer for the United States Air Force supporting quality of life initiatives
for armed forces families. He taught for the Graduate Business Program at the University of Kentucky, the Undergraduate program for the University of
Colorado, and has over 19 years of experience in higher education.
Faith Benner
Senior Communications and Marketing Specialist
Faith Benner is the Senior Communications and Marketing Specialist at eCYBERMISSION. She began her career in sea turtle research and conservation before working at a marine environmental conservation nonprofit. Her experiences teaching statistics and Geographic Information Systems in college, along with her love of science, made eCYBERMISSION the perfect place for her, and she joined the team in December 2021. Faith loves nature and traveling, and her favorite travel story is the time she was SCUBA diving at night with a friend in Bonaire and both of their flashlights went out! In her free time, Faith enjoys crafting, gardening, the Oxford comma, and hiking with her fiancé and Australian Shepherd, Kaia.
Senior Communications and Marketing Specialist

Carey Dieleman
STEM Education Coordinator
Carey Dieleman is the STEM Education Coordinator for eCYBERMISSION. With degrees in biology and elementary/secondary education and experiences in diverse learning communities including public and private schools, before and after school programs, and science museums, Carey engages with STEM advocates, students, teachers, and school districts to encourage participation in eCYBERMISSION. When she’s not pursuing adventures in STEM, Carey enjoys traveling, outdoor-ing, reading, and baking for family and friends.

Brian Kutsch

Brian Kutsch’s passion for helping others has been the driving force throughout his nearly 20-year career. Prior to joining eCYBERMISSION and NSTA in October 2022, he led education departments at multiple zoos and one botanical garden. Brian is also an active volunteer and currently serves as a fundraising member with Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, on the fundraising committee for Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families Sunday Soup Sunday event, and as education advisor for the Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ (AZA) Orangutan Species Survival Plan and AZA’s Saving Animals From Extinction program for orangutans. Brian enjoys hanging out with his wife (Beth) of 12 years, and their two dogs (Jack and Ella) in their hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas. He can also often be found exhibiting his 2013 Mustang GT at car shows, running outdoor trails with friends, and enjoying the occasional Tough Mudder race.

Karletta Fisher
Project Coordinator
Karletta Fisher is the eCYBERMISSION Project Coordinator. She was born and raised in Washington, DC and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. As a DC native, she often spends her time exploring all the city has to offer, like museums and hot spot restaurants. When she does have spare time, it is almost impossible to keep her away from family, especially the children. It comes as no surprise that Karletta has joined eCYBERMISSION as the Project Coordinator, where she works with thousands of students to offer assistance to teams during the competition. At the end of a long workday, nothing gets her creative juices flowing more than getting to work in the kitchen and trying new recipes. She wishes for a potluck in the future!

Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator
Naomi Dews is the Volunteer Recruitment Coordinator for eCYBERMISSION. Originally from sunny California, she spent most of her life outdoors where she gained an appreciation of all living things. That appreciation led her to Waco, Texas, where she attended Baylor University to study Biology and Gerontology. After graduation, she pursued a career in volunteer management to connect people with their passions. Her prior experience includes leading volunteer recruitment efforts for Community HealthCorps and the American Red Cross. Naomi continues to reside in Texas with her dog named Apollo, and enjoys reading fantasy novels, travel, and scrapbooking.

Rachel Sanders
Volunteer Program Coordinator
Rachel Sanders is the eCYBERMISSION Volunteer Program Coordinator. Rachel joined eCYBERMISSION after spending the past four years working in the Juvenile Court system serving the foster care population. She subscribes to the ideal that our children are our future, which makes her extremely passionate about getting children involved in STEM fields. She is currently expecting her first child and resides in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys the perfect cup of coffee and cuddling with the small zoo of animals she has!
